Using a precise counter-pressure system to prevent deformation, cracking, or closure displacement, the SHWSS ensures uniform heat transfer through continuous recirculation of superheated water and a hygienic shell-and-tube heat exchanger. Built with SS316L contact parts to meet cGMP standards, it features an optimized spray distribution system for maximum coverage with minimal water use, along with advanced PLC-HMI automation that provides full cycle control, real-time data monitoring, and comprehensive documentation supporting global validation and compliance requirements.
